April 10th to 16th Special Seared Tuna and Spinach Salad: seared ahi tuna steak served medium rare with an orange soy-ginger glaze on top of a bed of baby spinach that have been tossed with a golden tomato vinaigrette, garnished with red peppers and sesame seeds. Easter Brunch Special Two Kinds of Crepes: Sweet Crepes filled with honeyed ricotta cheese and strawberries topped with a brown butter rum sauce.

OR
Savory Crepes benedict filled with softly scrambled eggs, canadian bacon and topped with a hollandaise sauce. (both served with either a fresh squeezed orange juice or a mimosa)
