The Dog Days of Summer....this heat is killing me, so Dean and I are getting out of town this week. We are going for the week to the Russian River in California (about an hour north of SF). We plan to relax on the river, see the red wood forest, test some new wine....and maybe head to the ocean for a day. The most important thing I want to do is relax. So, we will leave Wilde Roast to our capable staff for the week.
