Did you see the Pride Parade yesterday? We had a blast and introduced the Wilde Roast Cafe dancing rainbow cake slices. It was an idea that my friend Neil had last year, but we had no idea on how to make the slices look great. Then last November we met DJ Gramann, a local designer, and told him about our idea and asked him if he could pull it together. Well, it must of worked because we won the Twin Cities Pride Parade 2005: Pride Spirit Award! Thanks Neil and DJ...and of course the talented dancers who made the slices come to life.
