Went to IKEA in Chicago this past weekend. We got some cool lighting for the coffeehouse. Destruction should start next week inside our space, but we can't start rebuilding until after the owner finishes his city process (mid-July). I am sure things will fly when we finally get into the space.

This was a good week, we met with the building owner last night. He told us the city will give him the go ahead on either July 7th or 21st (it should take about five weeks for the build out), which will delay our opening to August. But at least we have a concrete start date!
More good news, Dean and I passed the Food Server Manager's test.
