Starting our first business I guess we REALLY made an error and under estimated the amount of time it would take for the build-out. So now, looking realistically at the timeline, and things to get done, we won't be opening until late January. The big holdup is the facade of the building. The door to the old hotel needs to be poured and framed before the stucco can start. Well, the concrete people have been set back a week or two....which delays everything.
We are disappointed. Mostly, we feel embarrassed about advertising a projected opening and not meeting that date (many times). I guess that is our first major lesson. Thanks for your patience.
