Our own pastry chef Derek Harvey is not only master of desserts he is now a guest writer for the February METRO.  Derek picks the 5 best cookies in town, of course the Wilde Roast Cafe made the list: BEST Oatmeal Raisin.  Check out who else made the list in the current METRO.

This is what Derek had to say about his cookie #5 This is my take on the classic oatmeal raisin cookie. I hesitate to mess with classics, but for me it’s all about the flavor distribution…..

On March 14th Bonnie is bringing her SMOOCH PROJECT to the Wilde Roast Cafe.  Come with your: partner, friend, mom, dad, sibling, kid or pet to Smooch Away from 10am to 5pm.  Bonnie is trying to collect 10,000 images for her art work, you can help!  No need for a reservation….and it is FREE!
