Before we opened the cafe I would have never thought that people ate out less in the summer months.  I guess that it is an industry fact.  Maybe people grill more, or leave the cities and head to the cabin.  Last summer killed us with the I35 Bridge falling and being the fact that it was summer.  So, I am excited to welcome back students, teacher, and anyone else who took the summer off.  YES…I love summer…but as a cafe owner I am glad it has come to an end.  I am also excited about the progress of the new I35 bridge.  Dean and Jan are working on some new fall menu items.
