Posted June 7th, 2007 at 9:42 am by BrianFriday, August 3; 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.; Participation; $65.00. At Let’s Cook, just down the road from the Wilde Roast Cafe.
Boys, are you ready to take a walk on the Wilde side with Executive Chef Scott Rosenbaum? He’s gearing up for a Polynesian appetizer party that promises to be outrageous in more than one sense of the word! There will be something sweet, something hot and definitely a kitchen full of spicy! Everyone – everyone of age that is – will also enjoy an Mia-tini with this class – coconut juice with fruit juice and a dash of white rum. Our wine option is also available. Menu: Crispy Fried Quail on Teriyaki Noodle Nests; Mad Mango Barbequed Beef Skewers with Hot Chile Vinegar; Sassy Salad Spring Rolls filled with Crispy Greens, Red Pepper, Avocado and Spicy Sriracha/Cilantro Sauce; Polynesian Pot Stickers filled with Chicken, Sweet and Hot Chiles and Pineapple served with Dumpling Sauce; and, last but note least, Crisp Baked Berry Won-tons dusted with Powdered Sugar and Vanilla Ice Cream
